Massage and bodywork is an essential component for health and wellbeing. In the book, The Body Keeps the Score, the author states we are physical, emotional and spiritual beings having a human experience. Experiences are stored as memory within the fascia throughout our bodies. In order for us to become aware of these somatic memories we must feel into our bodies in the present moment. Bodywork is powerful tool to embody this practice. Brandon works through this lens and has developed multiple techniques and modalities to support relaxation and healing.

Brandon’s emotional and spiritual path began in 2018 when he begin to look inward, release stored trauma and rid himself of unhealthy behaviors. He first found meditation and yoga, and felt like there was more to this human experience which somatic therapy provided.
