CANCELLATION & LATE ARRIVALS

At Sage, we maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy for all bodywork services, as well as for float, sauna, and contrast therapy appointments.

Feeling Unwell?
If you are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms such as cough, fever, or any flu or cold-like symptoms, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Please note that depending on when you cancel, the cancellation policy may still apply.

Clients who threaten to attend while sick in order to avoid paying the cancellation fee will be refused service and will not be allowed to return to Sage.

Punctuality
We request punctuality for your reserved time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, which will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Late arrivals may also lead to a shortened treatment to accommodate the schedule.

Cancellation Fees

  • Float: A $30 fee will be charged if 24-hour notice is not provided.

  • Sauna/Cold Plunge: A $30 fee will be charged if 24-hour notice is not provided.

  • Massage: Cancellations without 24-hour notice will result in a charge for the full price of the service.

  • No-Show/No-Call: The full price of the service will be charged.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these policies, which allow us to provide the best possible service to all our clients.

CHILDREN

For the tranquility of all clients and compliance with health regulations, please arrange child care before your appointment. Our facility cannot accommodate children under 15 years in treatment rooms. If seeking spa services for ages 15-17, kindly refer to the following guidelines:

Service Age Requirements:

Float Therapy: Must be18 years old to enter float room

Sauna/Cold Plunge: 15 - 17 years old are welcomed, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

Massage: 15 - 17 years old are welcomed, please call for availability

PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS


While we love animals, we ask that you do not bring them into our service rooms for safety reasons. This includes pets and, in some cases, service animals.

  • Massage Rooms: Service animals may be permitted; please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements.

  • Float and Sauna Rooms: These environments are too hot and unsafe for animals, including service animals.

Please note that pets cannot be left unattended in our reception or lounge areas, and our staff is unable to provide care for them. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us at Sage Float Spa. If you're unhappy with any product or service, please inform us. Unused float credits can be returned within 7 days of purchase, and new, unopened retail products within 15 days. We offer re-bookings, exchanges, service credits, or refunds as appropriate, at our discretion. Please note, no refunds are available for Gift Certificate purchases.

SERVICE REFUSAL

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

CELL PHONES

As a courtesy to all of our guests, cellular phone use (talking or watching videos) is not permitted at sage
